Rising from bed early in the morning is a good habit. It is beneficial to health “Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise” goes a proverb. The early riser can take some physical exercise or a walk in the morning. The morning air is fresh. It refreshes both body and mind. One can enjoy the beauty of nature in the early morning. Nature smiles in the morning with colorful flowers, green leaves and chirping of birds. In fact, early rising enables us to face the day a fresh and vigorous mind. The early riser gets more time to do his work. He finishes his work in proper time. On the other hand, a later riser is always in a hurry. He cann’t finish his work properly. So, early-rising is a good habit and everyone should acquire it.
